Reporting
a collision to your Insurance Company is not something you do everyday
It is,
however, something we do everyday and we are happy to help!
Our
friendly and
experienced staff understand that reporting a claim to your Insurance
can be overwhelming, especially after the trauma of a collision.
That’s where we come in!
Upon
your arrival, a
member of our Management team will assist you in calling your Insurance
Company and completing the claim process
When
your report is
concluded and you have returned to your daily routine, we continue to
work closely with your Insurance Company, getting your vehicle
assessed, verifying your claim status and commencing repairs on your
vehicle
Once
repairs are
completed, we continue to communicate with your Insurance Company to
ensure payment of repairs are forwarded to our Company allowing you to
pick up your repaired vehicle without any cost to you above your
Insurance excess where applicable**
If you
are unsure
about making a claim, you are invited to call us 24 hours a day 7 days
a week for any information or to clarify any questions you may have
**Once the Insurance Company has authorised payment of your claim
Action Panelbeaters bills the Insurance Company directly. Policy
Holders may be responsible for an Excess amount, and or betterment
charges as determined by the Insurance Company. Action Panelbeaters
will make every effort to notify the Customer of any monies owing
before repairs are completed
