	Towing Service Action Panelbeaters can quickly respond to a customer in need. Dispatching a Tow Truck to the scene of the collision. Action Panelbeaters provides a towing service to our secure premises 24-hrs a day, 7 days a week. We also offer a pick up and payout service for vehicles that have been towed to other locations.
	Loan Vehicles With a selection of Loan vehicles on site, Action Panelbeaters can get Customers on their way in the fastest possible time Loan vehicle criteria apply (Please call for an update) If a Customer can’t come to us we’ll deliver one to them. If a replacement vehicle isn’t required, we offer a drive home service.
	Claim Reporting Assistance Our friendly and professional staff understands that our customers do not report collisions on a daily basis and may feel overwhelmed or confused by the reporting process. We are here to help! We assist Customers with the initial accident report and continually liase with their Insurance company throughout the repair process to ensure the entire claim process is worry free for our valued Clients.
	Thorough Estimating Service Action Panelbeater’s certified damage appraisers would prepare a comprehensive damage estimate on all vehicles. This estimate accurately details all parts and labour required to properly restore the customer’s vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We work closely with Insurance Assessors to ensure all damage resulting from the collision is safely and affordably repaired. Action Panelbeaters can electronically send quotations and digital images directly to Insurance Companies or private customers.
	Expert Repair and Refinish Staff With over 100 years combined experience, Action Panelbeater’s, I-Car and PPG Trained and certified staff skilfully repair and refinish vehicles using the latest repair techniques and the highest quality PPG products for the PERFECT FINISH. The exclusive use of PPG branded paints enables Action Panelbeaters to offer their nationwide PPG guarantee on all refinishing completed in our facility This warranty, coupled with our Lifetime guarantee on repairs, allows Action Panelbeaters to offer one of the best warranties in the industry. Action PanelBeaters warrants that repairs have been performed in a good and workman like manner. Workmanship is warranted to be free from defects as long as the vehicle is still owned by the client named on the repair invoice. Refinished panels are warranted against fading, peeling and cracking for the lifetime of the vehicle. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by management and the PPG representative Indication of new damage to any repaired area will immediately void any applicable warranty. All replacement parts are warranted for a minimum of ninety days or as determined by the Parts supplier.
